About Sessions
Each session is approximately one hour in length and involves light touch with permission.
I use Reiki an energy healing modality developed by Mikao Usui. It is a powerful energetic healing methodology used today. By using sound healing, meditation and channeled earth wisdom, these sessions are meant to provide a deeply relaxing and healing space for you. Every session affects everyone differently, but I encourage my clients to continue their healing journey and work on continued health.
Every session starts with sound cleansing, herbs, and clearing of your aura. Other modalities might be used if needed. Book your personal energy healing today.
Intuitive Readings are 30 minutes and use several modalities to answer queries you may have at that time or gain more insight into situations you might need some guidance on.

Shadow work is inner work that is done to advance your spiritual practice to the next level. Embracing the darker sides of yourself that make you who you are. This is an instructional session and guided meditation to get you started on your Shadow Work Journey.

Please text or email to schedule a time that works with the facility I rent a space from. Times available are typically after 3:00 pm Monday-Friday with some on Saturday and all-day Sunday. All other sessions can be booked at flexible times except Monday-Friday after 3:00 pm Central Time.

Distance Sessions Reiki 1 hour- $30 and can booked anytime and via zoom, WhatsApp, or Telegram
Shadow Work Meditation Session 1 hour of instruction and guided meditation - $50
Guided Shadow Work or Meditations 1:1
Shadow Work 30 minutes to 1-hour sessions available. Shadow work is learning to see your darkest side of you and see how that works and empowers you. This work takes time, and several sessions are needed. $30 a session
1:1 guided meditation is available from anywhere in the world via skype or WhatsApp. Book today. $15
